Due to COVID-19 there are a few changes here at MMPF, as per the NSW Health Guidelines and the World Health Organisation (WHO).

If you:

  • Have recently had a fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath
  • Have travelled overseas in the past month or been on a cruise
  • Have been in contact with anybody diagnosed or suspected of having COVID-19
  • Travelled to or visited any hot spots or LGAs of concern in the last 14 days

Then please do not enter the MMPF studio. Please stay at home, seek medical advice and call us to reschedule. There will be no late cancellation fees during this time. If you are late cancelling yourself out of class on the app/website, then please email MMPF reception to notify us so we can remove the fee. If you are early cancelling yourself out of class then as usual no fee will be applied and there is no need to email us.

Before Class:

When entering the studio-

  • Please ensure that you have your mask on before entering the building.
  • Please use the hand sanitiser on the front desk.
  • Check in using our QR code.
  • Please respect the 1.5m rule with other clients in the studio

Before Class:

Place all belongings (including shoes, keys, wallet and drink bottle) into a bag and onto our black shelving. Before class, please wash and dry your hands at one of our two sinks in the studio. If any cases of COVID-19 are confirmed in Goulburn, we will be taking temperatures upon entry to the building. If any client or staff member has a temperature over 37.3 degrees celsius (as per the WHO guidelines) you will be asked to leave the studio and phone us to reschedule your booking.

During Class:

All clients will be required to wear non-slip socks during class (these are available for $17.50 in the studio). There will be disposable gloves available if clients would like to use them. All clients will be required to bring a clean towel to class that fits the reformer and is non-slip (Salt and Honey non-slip reformer towels are available for $77.00 in the studio). If clients forget their towel then salt and honey towels will be available for hire at $5.00 each time. If clients require a second, ordinary towel as well, they will be available for hire at $3.00 each time. All clients will be required to bring their own drink bottle as cups and mugs will not be available.

Equipment will be spaced out to abide by physical distancing rules. There will be less equipment in each class, and there will not be one reformer and one core align per person at this time. This means that equipment will be shared among clients within classes. There will still be a 10 person per class limit for all classes, as per the NSW Health Regulations. All classes are scheduled for 1 hour, but will run for 50 minutes, with 10 minutes between classes for cleaning and hand washing.

After Class:

Clients will be required to wipe down the equipment used during the class, and instructors will assist with this. Please then wash and dry your hands at one of our two sinks in the studio before collecting your belongings and leaving the studio.

Other information:

We are keeping records of all individuals that enter the studio to assist with tracing the virus. If there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 at the studio we will notify all affected people and close the studio for cleaning. The studio has a maximum of 75 people at any one time inside the building as per the 4-square meter rule.
