RECOVER · PAIN & INJURY

Pain that keeps coming back usually has a reason.

Physiotherapy, Myotherapy and Exercise Physiology for neck, back, shoulder and sports injuries. We treat where it hurts, then find and retrain what's driving it.

WHY IT KEEPS COMING BACK

Tissue heals. The pattern often doesn't.

After an injury, your brain changes how it senses and controls that part of your body to protect it. That's useful at first, but if your balance, your neck and your body awareness aren't retrained, the protection can stick around, and the same area keeps getting overloaded.

So we do both. We treat the pain and the tissue with proven physiotherapy and hands-on care. Then we check the systems underneath with an Ikigai Shift Assessment, and retrain them so you're not back here in six months.

WHO YOU'LL SEE

Three disciplines, one plan.

Physiotherapy

Assessment and diagnosis, manual therapy and exercise rehab, from AHPRA registered physiotherapists.

Myotherapy

With Andrew Curry, our founder. Hands on treatment including deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, dry needling and acu-needling. Every touch is sensory input and it's often the fastest way to calm a sore, guarded area.

Exercise physiology

Exercise based rehab to rebuild strength, capacity and confidence, and to get you back to what you love.

Plus clinical Pilates, to bridge the gap between rehab and everyday training.

NEEDLING

Dry needling and Acu-needling

Dry needling

Fine needles into tight, sensitive points in muscle, to help release tension and settle pain.

Acu-needling

Fine needles at points chosen for their links to the nervous system, aiming to calm a sensitised, guarded system rather than just the muscle.

Both are delivered by Andrew Curry as part of your treatment plan, and only when they suit you.

How we get you back

Recovery doesn't stop when the pain does. It never ends. It only begins.

1

Assess

Your history, a physical assessment and an Ikigai Shift Assessment of your balance and the systems behind it.

2

Treat

Settle the pain and restore movement with hands on care and targeted exercise.

3

Retrain

Strength, clinical Pilates, and balance and body awareness training, so the pattern changes too.

4

Stay well

Keep going with classes or a Limitless membership, re-screened as you go.

WHAT WE MEASURE

You'll see the numbers, not just feel the difference.

Objective testing shows where you're starting from and proves when you've improved.
